Advanced Life Support

American Red Cross Advanced Life Support is intended for healthcare professionals who participate in the assessment and management of adult cardiopulmonary emergencies. The course builds on BLS skills and emphasizes systematic assessment, rhythm recognition, treatment priorities, teamwork, and effective resuscitation.

Format

ALS is delivered through blended learning. Required online coursework must be completed before the instructor-led session. Students should bring proof of online completion and any required participant materials listed in their registration confirmation.
