Blended Learning
Q: What is blended learning?
A: Blended learning combines self-paced online coursework with an instructor-led skills session.
Q: Do I need to finish the online portion before class?
A: Yes. Students must complete required online learning before attending the scheduled skills session and should bring proof of completion.
Q: What happens if I do not complete it?
A: You may be unable to participate or receive certification. Rescheduling requirements and fees may apply under the posted policy.
Class Preparation
Q: What should I wear?
A: Wear comfortable clothing suitable for kneeling, bending, and performing CPR on adult, child, and infant manikins.
Q: When should I arrive?
A: Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Q: What should I bring?
A: Bring proof of online completion, photo identification if requested, and any course-specific materials listed in your confirmation.
Certification
Q: When will I receive my certification?
A: Digital certification timing varies by provider and course. Follow-up requirements must be completed before certification can be issued.

Policies

A: Rescheduling is subject to Palmaffy CPR’s posted terms. A $30 rescheduling fee may apply unless reschedule insurance was purchased during initial registration.
