Registration

Course registration is completed on a first-come, first-served basis and is confirmed only after registration is successfully completed and any applicable payment has been received.

Students are responsible for ensuring that all registration information is accurate and current.

Certain courses may require participants to complete prerequisites, online learning assignments, or provide documentation before attending class.

Course Attendance

Students are expected to arrive on time and prepared for class.

Late arrivals may not be permitted to participate if they miss required instructional content or skills practice.

Participants must follow all instructor directions and safety requirements throughout the course.

Palmaffy CPR reserves the right to dismiss participants whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or prevents effective instruction. Tuition may not be refunded in these circumstances.

Certification

Certification is issued only after all course requirements established by the applicable certifying organization have been successfully completed.

Certification eligibility is determined by the course standards of organizations such as the American Red Cross, Health & Safety Institute (HSI), Emergency Care & Safety Institute (ECSI), or other issuing agencies.

Palmaffy CPR cannot alter or waive certification requirements established by these organizations.

Payments

Course fees are due at the time of registration unless other arrangements have been made.

Prices, promotions, and discounts are subject to change without notice.

Payment processing is provided by secure third-party payment providers.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary by course and are provided during registration.

If rescheduling is available, any applicable fees or requirements will be communicated during the registration process.

Palmaffy CPR reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule courses due to instructor availability, low enrollment, facility issues, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. When this occurs, affected students will be offered appropriate alternatives whenever possible.

Blended Learning Courses

For blended learning courses, students are responsible for completing any required online learning before attending the in-person skills session.

Failure to complete required online coursework may prevent participation in the scheduled class and may require rescheduling in accordance with the applicable course policies.

Communications

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications related to your registration, including confirmations, reminders, schedule updates, and other important course information.

You may opt out of promotional communications at any time. Transactional communications related to an active registration may still be sent when necessary to provide our services.

Intellectual Property

Materials owned by third-party certification organizations remain the property of their respective owners.
