These SMS Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the Palmaffy CPR text messaging program.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through Enrollware, you agree to these Terms.
Program Description
Palmaffy CPR offers SMS notifications to provide timely information regarding your course registration.
Messages may include:
Registration confirmations
Class reminders
Instructor notifications
Location information
Schedule changes
Emergency announcements
Post-course follow-up communications
User Consent
By opting into our SMS program, you authorize Palmaffy CPR to send automated and non-automated text messages to the mobile number you provide.
Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any course or service.
Message Frequency
The number of messages varies depending on your registration and course activity.
Most participants receive between 2 and 6 messages for each course registration.
Cost
Palmaffy CPR does not charge for SMS messages.
Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier's plan.
Opt-Out
You may stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying:
STOP
You will receive one final confirmation message confirming your removal from the SMS program.

Supported Carriers
SMS services are available through most major U.S. wireless carriers. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide an accurate mobile phone number and to notify Palmaffy CPR if your number changes.
Palmaffy CPR is not responsible for messages sent to an incorrect or reassigned phone number.
Availability
SMS delivery depends upon mobile carrier networks and third-party service providers.
We cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered or delivered without delay.
Privacy
Your participation in the SMS program is also governed by the Palmaffy CPR SMS Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the SMS service or engage in conduct that interferes with the operation of the messaging platform.
Changes to the Program
Palmaffy CPR reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the SMS program at any time without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Palmaffy CPR shall not be liable for:
Delayed or undelivered messages
Mobile carrier failures
Service interruptions
Technical issues beyond our control
Charges imposed by your wireless carrier
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.
